I studied abroad in Denmark for a semester where I studied sustainable development in Northern Europe. I had opportunities to visit urban gardens, rooftop farms, and city planning firms in Sweden and Germany. Copenhagen is uniquely designed to accommodate bicycling and Denmark's regional public transportation impressed and inspired me to learn more about public transit and urban planning.
